Casa Príncipe comprises three self-contained apartments. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, a full bathroom, a living-dining room with a sofa bed, and a bedroom opening onto a balcony and the inner courtyard. Air conditioning is provided in all rooms.

The first-floor flat also has direct access to the Andalusian courtyard, which features a separate water feature and relaxation area.

The second-floor flat has another outdoor balcony where you can enjoy the sights and smells of Marbella’s traditional streets.

The top-floor apartment is a duplex penthouse featuring a sky bar, complete with a separate kitchen, a breakfast bar and an outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying wonderful evenings. It also boasts a private pool and sun deck, where you can sunbathe whilst lounging on the sun loungers and taking in the stunning views of Marbella.
